    These hands-on, healthy cooking classes will empower you to become more confident and creative in the kitchen. You do not have to be a culinary master to create delicious, healthy meals! Tracey Williams, owner of Thyme 2 Get Cooking, will introduce you to simple, healthful concepts that you can use at home. Classes focus on basic cutting skills and culinary techniques while cooking with healthy, simple and fresh whole ingredients. Bring your appetite as we will eat the delicious dishes we create! Fresh broccoli, nutritious quinoa, herbed chicken and a little sharp cheddar come together in a super simple but comforting fall meal.     A Taste of Thai: Thai Peanut Stir Fry Thursday December 12
    Get ready for a veggie overload! We combine bok choy, celery, carrots, sugar snap peas, broccoli, red pepper and red onion with a tasty homemade Thai Peanut Sauce (you decide how spicy) and top it with peanuts and cilantro. We’ll serve our Stir Fry over short grain brown rice and a side of Crispy Parmesan Edamame. This class is led by Tracey Williams of Thyme 2 Get Cooking.
