Comfort food with a twist! We’ll discuss what gluten is, what it does and why many choose or must avoid it in their diets. Together we will prepare mini gluten-free meatloaves made with grass fed beef, brown-rice panko, garlic and spices. Instead of serving with the traditional mashed potatoes, here is where the twist comes in….we will make tangy horseradish mashed cauliflower and serve it with a side of mixed greens and an avocado cream dressing!

Don’t worry…it’s not what you think! It’s even better! We will be making a bun-less (aka naked) turkey burger topped with a mound of delicious homemade bruschetta and a side of grilled zucchini surfboards. Pita chips will be served for scooping extra bruschetta. Your taste buds will thank you!
