Comfort food with a twist! We’ll discuss what gluten is, what it does and why many choose or must avoid it in their diets. Together we will prepare mini gluten-free meatloaves made with grass fed beef, brown-rice panko, garlic and spices. Instead of serving with the traditional mashed potatoes, here is where is where the twist comes….we will make tangy horseradish mashed cauliflower and serve it with a side of mixed greens and an avocado cream dressing!
